Alex! I have loved your top 10, and also, your site in general. though it does make me realize I dont know too much about beer – other than that I like to drink it!! (well, that’s not entirely true, I know as much as you’d know after going on the Sam Adam’s brewery tour about 7 times. and on a few others…)
my beer soulmate (favorite of all time) is Alaskan Brewing Company’s Alaskan Amber – but I cry myself to sleep in my ABC Amber hoodie at night because I can’t get that beer out here without ordering online. lame-oh.

It’s a special night for the grown-ups! Adventure Science Center invites you to The Science of Beer, an informal beer tasting event and a little science education too!

Beer: Yazoo Brewing Company and Lipman have teamed up with some local and regional breweries to bring you a variety of beer styles and brands to taste.
Science Fun: ASC’s education team has put together some exciting live demonstrations, all related to beer, including Foam & Yeast, Bubbles, the Beer Brain, and Taste & Smell. Plus, explore the entire Center as we take you on a beer-themed scavenger hunt.
